Stage Three Alert

Our local nuclear power plant recently had what they called a "Stage three alert". This is the fractal version of that, I would imagine...heh.

I almost didn't submit this one, because the preview smaller size just doesn't really look like much of anything. I hope that you will give it a look at the larger size, please.
